About the role

In our Risk & Regulatory division, we are looking for a Cyber Security Strategy Intern (w/m/d) to start at the earliest possible date.

What you will do

• Mission : Be a key part of projects developing cyber strategies, support project teams, analyze business environments, threat landscapes, and risk profiles of our clients. Assist in assessing the maturity level of security organizations across all cyber domains.
• Projects : Support the development of cyber security strategies and global target operating models tailored to client needs.
• Challenges : Contribute to the enhancement of our market-oriented products and services, work closely with PwC stakeholders and clients, support global transformation programs, analyze security trends and threats, and help derive suitable cyber security architectures and measures to ensure our clients' business safety and success.
• Teamwork : Collaborate with our security experts to develop and implement strategic cyber concepts, focusing on process and organizational design, and contribute to enterprise security architecture development.

What we are looking for

• Currently studying Business Administration or a comparable STEM field, or in a gap year between Bachelor and Master studies.
• Interest in cyber security topics, standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, ISF), project and program management, and analysis of security threats and risks.
• Practical experience through internships, working student positions, or project work, combined with proactive engagement, high-quality standards, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication skills, enjoyment of interdisciplinary work, conceptual thinking, and structured working approach to clearly convey complex issues.
