The Presales Engineer plays an important role in Wire’s Commercial Organization. As a Presales Engineer, you will support the sales process by providing in-depth technical expertise and guidance during customer engagements. You will need to develop a deep understanding of Wire’s sales process, products and technologies so that you can help the Sales Team drive customer value and articulate the benefits of Wire’s product portfolio. You will overcome technical objections that may be presented as obstacles or challenges during the sales process, and convert these into business outcomes. The ability to clearly articulate complex ideas is crucial to winning new business opportunities and helping Wire grow.
Wire offers both SaaS deployments for customers and on-premises deployments that include the entire client-server architecture. The Presales Engineer will help prospective customers understand the benefits of these deployment options and thus strengthen the value proposition of Wire’s product portfolio and lead to success in acquiring new customers.
