Role Overview

We are seeking a highly communicative Pre-Sales Solution Consultant with strong technical understanding of infrastructure (Network, Datacenter, Workplace) and excellent presentation skills . This role requires someone who can initiate RFI/RFP slide creation , lead customer conversations from day zero, and act as a strategic bridge between sales and technical teams .

Key Responsibilities

Initiate and lead RFI/RFP slide preparation & customer-facing presentations
Work closely with sales, bid, and technical architecture teams to shape solution strategy
Research the customer’s IT landscape , market position, and digital priorities
Support infrastructure sizing, solution estimation, and business case alignment
Present infrastructure strategy/value to CxO and senior customer stakeholders
Stay updated on modern infra trends — Hybrid Cloud, Zero Trust, Digital Workplace
Travel across Germany/EU to engage with enterprise customers when required

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge and awareness of Datacenter, Network, and Workplace infrastructure solutions
Proven pre-sales, bid management, or solution consulting background
Outstanding communication & storytelling ability — confident customer presenter
Experience initiating and building RFI/RFP proposal decks (NOT just responding)
Ability to perform infra sizing & opportunity analysis
Fluent in English (German is a strong plus )
Ready to work onsite and travel across Germany/EU for client engagements
