Presales Engineer – Cybersecurity | Germany (Remote/Onsite)

What You’ll Bring

1. 2+ years’ experience as a technical presales engineer or similar
2. Deep technical knowledge of networking (routing, switching, TCP/IP)
3. Hands-on experience with cybersecurity solutions – Firewalls, IPS, UTM, Bandwidth Management, Endpoint Security
4. Familiarity with Linux OS (installation, configuration, administration)
5. Experience with on-prem virtualisation/hyper-converged infrastructure
6. Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, Mikrotik, NSE, CEH are a strong plus
7. Excellent troubleshooting and problem analysis skills
8. Fluent in written and spoken German and English
9. Strong time management and communication skills

What You’ll Do

1. Drive the sales process from a technical perspective
2. Fully engage with customers to become a trusted advisor
3. Oversee installation and integration of solutions within customer environments
4. Deliver technical training to customers and partners
5. Liaise with R&D teams for escalations and product issue resolution
6. Create and maintain technical documentation and internal knowledge bases
