We’re working with a client who are redefining the future of biopharmaceutical manufacturing with cutting-edge digital twins and hybrid modeling . Their AI-driven solutions empower top biopharma companies to accelerate process development, improve product quality, and reduce time to market.

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of next-gen digital twin and hybrid modeling frameworks (ODEs, SDEs, PDEs, neural networks).
• Integrate AI/ML and control theory to support process automation and simulation.
• Drive scientific innovation in explainable AI , optimization, and scalable model deployment.
• Collaborate with execs, customers, and technical teams to translate science into strategy.
• Mentor and grow a world-class team of modeling scientists.
• Architect cloud-ready, transparent, and production-scale modeling pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).

Your Expertise

• Advanced experience in hybrid modeling , probabilistic methods, and systems optimization.
• Fluent in Python , ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX), and orchestration tools (Airflow, Spark, Flyte).
• Bioprocess domain knowledge: bioreactor systems, upstream processes, and industrial datasets.
• Confident communicator and technical leader with a passion for innovation.

Bonus Points For:

• Prior leadership in large-scale modeling or digital twin projects.
• Published work in peer-reviewed journals or major conferences.
• Familiarity with GxP/GMP environments and regulatory requirements.

Experience with

advanced MLOps and explainability tools.
