🛠️ Principal Engineer – Hands-On | IoT Unicorn | Berlin (Hybrid)

Location: Berlin (Hybrid – 4 days/month onsite)

Salary: €100,000 – €150,000 + Stock Options

🔧 What You’ll Do
• Operate as a technical leader, working closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams.
• Drive architecture design and best practices across multiple teams and domains.
• Stay hands-on in code, helping to prototype, troubleshoot, and build high-impact solutions.
• Act as a technical mentor, helping raise the engineering bar across the org.
• Bring strategic thinking to problems involving scalability, performance, and system design.


🧠 What You Bring
• Proven experience at Senior/Staff Engineer level with deep technical skills.
• Strong knowledge in system design, architecture, and scalable cloud-based applications.
• Experience working across multiple teams/projects or influencing org-wide technical decisions.
• Passion for building high-quality products and mentoring others.
• Comfortable with a hybrid setup: 4 days/month in our Berlin HQ.
• Bonus if you’ve worked in or are excited by the IoT space — but curiosity and strong fundamentals matter most.
