Job Description

Our applications department provides an interface between customers, product marketing, design, validation, and verification teams. We participate actively in all stages of the product life cycle - from concept to customer feedback.

In this position, you will harness your expertise to contribute to the success of the team and achieve excellence in the creation and support of novel and market-leading PHY products. You will bring in your ideas, work on new concepts, create concept prototypes, and participate in the validation process to ensure that products meet customer expectations.

You will author technical collateral for these designs, review designs, and provide support to customers to ensure that products adhere to our recommendations. You will collaborate on many levels within our organization to ensure that we offer the best value to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the success of the team and achieve excellence in the creation and support of novel and market-leading PHY products.
• Bring in new ideas and work on new concepts, create concept prototypes, and participate in the validation process.
• Author technical collateral for designs, review designs, and provide support to customers.
• Collaborate on many levels within our organization to ensure that we offer the best value to our customers.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE, CS, or CE with 8+ years of experience in electronic engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in analog and digital circuit design.
• Experience in simulation and analysis on circuit- and system-level.
• Experience in dealing with state-of-the-art measurement equipment.
• Experience with Signal Integrity and EMC testing and debugging.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Technical documentation reading and drafting skills.
• Basic coding/scripting skills.
• Project-/task-oriented, self-sustained work.
• English: business-level proficiency.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in automotive.
• Experience in (analog/digital) semiconductor design.
• RF Design/Debugging.
• PCB Design (Altium).
• FW development.
• Python Scripting.
• Soldering skills.
• German proficiency.

Travel time: 0% - 25%.
