Principal Finance Architect & E2E Process Owner (f/m/d)

As a Principal Finance Architect & E2E Process Owner (f/m/d) , you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and governing standardized end-to-end processes, leading global teams to drive our digital transformation.

You’ll make an impact by:

• Assuming the role of a Principal Finance Architect & E2E Process Owner (f/m/d) for the Record to Report processes (general ledger, closing & reporting, controlling, business integrity screening, business planning and reporting, document and compliance reporting (DRC), etc.) within our global transformation program, employing Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Leading and developing part of a diverse, global team of professionals, located across Germany, Portugal, and India
• Shaping the accounting & controlling processes for Siemens of the future, by defining and overseeing their implementation within your area of responsibility, based on the newest standard technologies
• Serving as the governance authority for the established standards and processes, ensuring their adherence and continuous improvement
• Strategically deciding on functionalities to be included within your scope, prioritizing them according to business needs and technological advancements
• Leading cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, align, and test future-proof global Siemens solutions
• Effectively communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders, from operational teams to top management, both internally and externally, to prepare and drive decision-making meetings and coordination rounds, including their moderation and follow-up

This Is How You'll Win Us Over:

Education:

• You have an economics degree or strong practical knowledge in accounting including ERP systems implementations

Experience & Skills:

• Extensive operational experience in accounting and finance, including their setup in ERP systems, with deep business and technical knowledge
• Strong operational professional experience with Siemens accounting guidelines and processes, including in-depth know-how of optimization potential in Siemens Finance processes
• Many years of experience in process optimization and new process design
• Experience in region & division and headquarters
• Extensive experience with agile project methodologies and their application in SAP implementation projects
• Technical understanding of S/4HANA and its possibilities and functionalities
• Proven experience in working with international teams and managing global initiatives

Languages:

• Excellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages like German is a plus
