As Principal Engineer, you will:

• Set the technical direction for enterprise-scale AI systems, designing the architecture that supports global deployments.
• Balance speed with resilience, shipping value today while engineering for cost, scalability, and long-term sustainability.
• Stay hands-on, from writing core code in TypeScript/Python to leading design reviews and refactoring at scale.
• Act as a multiplier, mentoring Staff Engineers, shaping technical culture, and raising the bar across the org.

• 9+ years building distributed, enterprise-scale systems with measurable, org-wide impact.
• Deep experience driving multi-team architecture and scaling platforms for global adoption.
