Our client, a leading investment firm, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst or Junior Associate to join their Frankfurt office. The ideal candidate will be passionate about private markets, possess strong analytical capabilities, and thrive in a dynamic, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth financial and operational analysis of potential investment opportunities.
• Support deal execution including due diligence, financial modeling, and valuation analysis.
• Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive value creation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
