C&C Search is currently recruiting for a Private PA to support a HNWI based in Luxembourg. This is a part time role working Monday to Thursday with Fridays off, offering hybrid working with 2 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Key responsibilities for this

• Managing the Principal’s personal and business diary, appointments, and travel arrangements, including both domestic and international travel.
• Acting as first point of contact for household staff, contractors and service providers, ensuring smooth running of household operations.
• Overseeing property management, including maintenance schedules, utilities, and suppliers.
• Coordinating family and social events, including invitations, guest lists and logistics.
• Liaising with professional advisors (e.g. lawyers, accountants, financial advisors) as required.

What background and experience are the company looking for?

• Previous experience as a Private PA, or similar role supporting an individual or family preferred.
• Fluency in French is essential.
• Ability to live and work in Luxembourg.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
• Professional, calm and approachable manner, with strong interpersonal skills.
