Process Engineer - Leverkusen - Innovative Brand


Are you a freelance process engineer who is excited to work in the pharma sector?

Then we may have the perfect opportunity for you! Amoria Bond is currently searching for a freelance project engineer who will work as part of global client focused on the production of products for the chemistry and medical sectors.

The successful process engineer will be responsible for providing operational and project engineering support, while ensuring that operations are carried out in accordance with the GMP guidelines and industry standards


Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 12 months (with the intent to extend)
Type: Contract via Amoria Bond
Location: Germany


Responsibilities:
• Project management for defined work areas
• Control, advise, and assist during the project execution
• Budget Control
• Continuous process improvement
• Deliver improvements to equipment reliability and availability, maintaining metrics and KPI to demonstrate performance.
• Undertake Change Management, Deviation Investigation, Corrective Action and Preventative Action (CAPA) activities, root cause analysis (RCA)
• Creating designs which comply with site specifications and project objectives.
• Define maintenance regimes for process equipment taking account of manufacturers recommendations, production drivers and GMP and GEP requirements.


Requirements:
• Degree in relevant discipline (engineering, etc.)
• Strong proven experience of process engineering or project engineering
• Background in health and
• Strong communication skills
• Fluent German / English Speaker
• Knowledge of project management tools and systems
• Knowledge of GMP procedures and EMA requirements
