Managing the project portfolio, reporting and negotiating project contracts with internal and external clients

Optimizing existing processes or developing new process concepts as part of process development across the group, achieving optimal cost-effectiveness, observing safety and sustainability, and adhering to deadlines and budgets
Development and application of methods and guidelines for the process engineering department.
Analysis and assessment of the feasibility and relevance of proposed complex processes and manufacturing routes for chemical products, their development and modification under the guidance of experienced colleagues
Coordination and maintenance of efficient and cooperative collaboration between clients, internal departments and external know-how providers

Requirements
Successfully completed diploma or master's degree in the field of process engineering, chemical engineering or a comparable field of study with a focus on chemical reaction engineering/ doctorate desirable
Extensive professional experience with relevant practice in one's own field at a high level of qualification with a focus on chemical reaction engineering with reaction kinetics and reaction engineering modeling, reactor design and reactor design
Experience in guiding and supporting team members
Ideally strong software skills (ACM, Python, CFD)
Independent, result-oriented and methodical way of working, initiative and a high degree of flexibility
Strong analytical and communication skills and strong team skills
