What You’ll Do

• Design and roll out automations, workflows, and data pipelines to speed up internal processes.
• Work with tools like Make, Google Apps Script, Jira , and APIs.
• Use BPMN to map processes and drive optimization.
• Own the technical setup of our new data & analytics tool for OKRs, reporting, and risk tracking.
• Build dashboards and reports that fuel smart decisions.
• Partner with teams across the business to simplify and accelerate how they work.

What You Bring

• A degree in business informatics, IT, or related field. Please also submit transcript records.
• Solid experience in process analysis, BPMN modeling, and workflow optimization .
• Strong technical skills with data, APIs, and automation tools .
• A strategic yet hands-on mindset — you see the big picture and make it real.
• Ability to run end-to-end projects independently.
• Clear, structured communicator with a love of data and efficiency.
