What your role will look like:

Leading workshops on value creation and use process mining to identify and qualify potentials for process improvements
Actively understanding our customers' business challenges across Finance, Sales, Procurement, or other key business functions
Communication of our solutions to key decision makers and senior management
Translate business needs into process mining use cases in collaboration with our data experts
Supporting Processand's strategic initiatives that shape our future

Your profile

What you need to succeed:

Degree in Economics, Business Management, IT or a related field
A strong analytical mind, and a structured, solution-oriented approach
Curiosity for digital processes and a drive to create real business value
Interest in data and process mining
First experience with project tools like Jira and Confluence
Excellent communication and presentation skills – you enjoy working closely with business partners
Excellent MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
A good sense of ownership, creativity, and a proactive mindset
Fluent in German and English

Nice to have:

Previous experience as consultant
