Skills

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce ServiceMax, Salesforce Field Service, Salesforce Platform app builder, Salesforce Administration

Must Have
Proven experience 7 years in Marketing Operations Process Ownership or Digital Transformation roles
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot and HubSpot Marketing Hub
Expertise in lead management campaign automation and marketing performance reporting
Demonstrated success in process harmonization and governance across global organizations
Strong understanding of data privacy GDPR CCPA and consent management
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills global cross functional
Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions

Nice to Have
Experience in B2B2C environments ideally in manufacturing or building materials industry
Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud and data integration tools
Knowledge of Agile Scaled Agile ways of working
International work experience and intercultural competence

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

Process Ownership & Governance
Define and own global marketing processes lead management campaign execution marketing automation data enrichment consent management reporting etc
Establish process governance standards KPIs and compliance frameworks
Ensure alignment with related process owners Sales Service Data IT

Technology Alignment (Salesforce & HubSpot)
Translate business needs into scalable process and system designs
Drive the integration standardization and best practice use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud HubSpot and integrated systems
Partner with IT and product teams to prioritize enhancements maintain system health and ensure seamless user experience

Change Management & Adoption
Act as the primary stakeholder for global marketing teams ensuring new processes and tools are effectively rolled out and adopted
Develop training communication and knowledge sharing strategies for global local markets
Monitor adoption and usage driving continuous improvement

Data Compliance
Ensure data quality harmonization and compliance with GDPR and local data privacy regulations
Govern consent management and data usage policies across platforms

Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Benchmark industry best practices in marketing process and martech
Identify opportunities to leverage AI automation and analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness
Drive innovation in campaign personalization lead nurturing and ROI measurement
