Procurement Manager (12-Month FTC)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category & sourcing strategies collaborating with brand product and inventory teams to align priorities.
• Manage global supplier sourcing selection and negotiations leveraging the Asia sourcing office where appropriate.
• Conduct market analysis and cost management working closely with the Sourcing Cost Analyst to ensure data‑driven procurement activities.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to capture new product developments and cost reduction opportunities.
• Oversee supplier performance including capacity monitoring, quality standards and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare management reports on supplier performance, market analysis and cost developments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate procurement records.

Qualifications

• Business studies degree or comparable professional training with 3‑5 years of experience in sourcing, buying and procurement preferably in e‑commerce / retail / consumer goods sector.
• Proven experience in strategic purchasing activities including tendering, negotiation and strategy development.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and business fluent in English (additional languages advantageous).
• Supply market knowledge and supplier development capabilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
