Product Analyst

What you will do:

• Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover actionable product insights and opportunities from our existing data
• Independently lead full-cycle analytical projects — from scoping problems from stakeholders requirements to initiating data collection (if needed) with data engineers and developers, and delivering actionable outcomes:
• Tableau dashboards
• In-depth product research reports
• Evaluation of changes from the experiment (without A/B testing)
• Foster a data-driven culture by training and advising product teams on data-informed decisions, experiments set up, designing metrics (product, learning, KPIs)
  

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in the role of data/product analyst.
• Ability to choose an appropriate statistical test and conduct statistical research
• Experience independently analyzing data and generating hypotheses/insights using industry-standard analytics tools (i.e. SQL, Python)
• Strong data communication and interpretation skills including designing dashboards (i.e. Tableau) and presenting complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Upper-intermediate (B2+) English level.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience doing analytics on educational products
• Experience with PySpark and/or Tableau
