    Job Overview
    We’re looking for a Product App Marketing Manager with deep expertise in in-app purchase (IAP) and subscription optimization. You’ll lead initiatives to increase conversion rates, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and subscriber lifetime value through data-driven campaigns and product-led growth strategies. If you’ve successfully scaled app monetization funnels and thrive at the intersection of product, marketing, and analytics, this role is for you.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Monetization Strategy – Develop and execute strategies to drive IAP and subscription growth.
    • User Funnel Optimization – Analyze purchase flows, identify drop-off points, and optimize for higher conversion.
    • Experimentation & Testing – Run A/B tests on pricing, paywalls, bundles, and promotional offers.
    • Lifecycle Marketing – Build campaigns to re-engage churned users, upsell existing ones, and maximize renewals.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, design, and engineering to align monetization with user experience.
    • Data-Driven Insights – Leverage analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, GA) to uncover trends and guide strategy.
    • Market Research – Track competitive monetization strategies and stay ahead of subscription trends.

    Requirements
    Desired Skills & Experience
    • Proven Experience: 2+ years in product marketing, growth, or monetization (apps or subscription businesses preferred).
    • IAP & Subscription Expertise: Hands-on work with paywalls, freemium models, and subscription flows.
    • Analytics Tools: Strong proficiency in Amplitude, Mixpanel, Firebase, or GA.
    • Experimentation: Experience with A/B testing platforms (Optimizely, Firebase Remote Config, etc.).
    • Lifecycle Marketing: Familiarity with CRM tools (Braze, Iterable, OneSignal).
    • Methodologies: Strong grasp of CRO, growth loops, and data-driven decision-making.
