Do you want to make a delicious difference?

As a Product Developer you will bridge the gap between R&D and Sales with your technical expertise. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams, translating customer feedback into product improvements, and ensuring our solutions work seamlessly in real-world applications.



A Taste of What to Expect
• Drive product innovation: develop new products from concept to market launch, ensuring functionality, quality, and a strong fit with customer needs
• Partner with Sales & Business Development Team to co-develop solutions that convert leads into lasting partnerships
• Support customers by providing technical support and training, including on-site production line trials
• Own lab-to-launch trials, coordinate and conduct lab trials, sample creation, prototyping, and in-house scale-ups
• Work with co-manufacturers, lead scale-up trials and ensure smooth production handovers with external partners


The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience
• Solid experience in Product Development, ideally within chocolate, confectionery, or a related food category
• A strong passion for chocolate and confectionery with a hands-on mindset to match
• Great communication and collaboration skills: you enjoy working across teams and directly with customers
• Comfortable in the lab and excited by fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and co-manufacturing partners when needed
