Your responsibilities as DevOps & Support Expert (w/m/d) 
- You will manage our SaaS solutions in one of the above-mentioned areas as a technical expert. 
 - You analyze, prioritize, and process incidents, service requests, and problem tickets, developing effective and sustainable solutions with the development team. 
 - You monitor systems using tools like Dynatrace, OpsGenie, or ELK, identify issues early, optimize monitoring continuously, and ensure application and system availability according to the service level. 
 - You work closely with cross-functional teams from various areas, such as first-level support, product management, development, consulting, and sales, advising and supporting internal teams and customers regarding the applications you manage, including their features and configurations. 
 - You advise customers and consulting and development teams on integration and migration projects related to our services. 
 - You improve our documentation, write how-to guides, and support the rollout of new features. 
 - You utilize AI tools, LLMs, and AI agents to make our development and support processes more efficient. 
  
What you bring as an IT Product & Support Expert (w/m/d) 
- A successful degree or comparable training in IT. 
 - Technical knowledge of interfaces, APIs (REST/SOAP), and ideally middleware systems. 
 - High IT affinity, understanding complex technical contexts, and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with systems, software, underlying technologies, and issues. 
 - Basic knowledge of SQL, ability to create queries, analyze data, and use results for troubleshooting. 
 - Initial experience with artificial intelligence, LLMs, and AI agents. 
 - Experience in agile software development or in supporting and operating applications. 
 - Enjoy working with customers and colleagues as much as tackling technical challenges. 
 - Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and understandably to different target groups such as customers, consultants, and developers in German and English, both written and spoken.
