Product Manager

Only three and a half years after entering the market, Mondu is one of Europe’s leading B2B payments providers. Live across 30+ markets, trusted by ambitious companies, and operating with an EMI license, we’re expanding our commercial footprint in Europe, and beyond.

We’re now looking for a Product Manager to join our high-caliber team and take ownership of one of our key product areas in the B2B payments space.

You’ll play a critical role in building intuitive, scalable financial products that our B2B customers love and trust. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Design, Integration, Marketing, Commercial, Legal and Risk to define, prioritise, and deliver impactful solutions.

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for one or more B2B payments products.
• Define and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery plans aligned with business goals.
• Adopt an AI-first mindset, leveraging emerging tools to boost productivity, uncover insights, and drive smarter, faster product decisions.
• Gather insights from users, sales, customer support, and data to shape new product features and improve existing ones.
• Work closely in the tech team to define clear, actionable specs and deliverables.
• Work closely with design and frontend teams to ensure a seamless, consistent user experience across platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Integration, Risk, Legal & Compliance, Marketing and Commercial teams to ensure successful launches.
• Constantly evaluate and iterate based on feedback, performance data, and evolving customer needs.

• ~2 - 5 years of experience in product management working in FinTech or B2B platforms.
• Proven track record of shipping and scaling complex products.
• Strong understanding of finance, risk & compliance, and business customer behavior.
• Ability to balance user needs with business goals, tech feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Structured, data-informed decision-making and comfort working with SQL or product analytics tools.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience in cross-functional environments.
• A collaborative mindset, but also confidence to own and drive initiatives independently.

It would be a plus if you also have:

• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Exposure to AI tools and strategies for Product Management.
• Familiarity with the European B2B payments landscape.

• € 1000 per year for you to contribute to your learning & development to help you grow professionally and personally.
