What you do

• You manage the preparation, negotiation and finalization of contracts regarding partnerships, sub‑licensing, sub‑contracting in close alignment with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• You support M&A including providing a background dossier on companies.
• You monitor relevant new public funding projects in alignment with product management and engineering department.
• You oversee and manage the entire application process for public fundings , including documentation and status reports.
• You ensure correct financial handling of public funding in coordination with Controlling.

What you bring

• You have a degree in law or related area and a solid understanding of international business law , including specifically German business law.
• You already have strong knowledge of German Government legal processes , such as public funding processes, mergers and acquisitions, transfers, etc.
• You have proven experience in German and English contract management , including drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with partners and subcontractors.
• Your fluency in German and strong command of English complete your profile.
