Following the acquisition of several companies across Europe since 2015 (UTA based in Germany with activities across Europe, LCCC in France, TRFC in UK, EBV in Lithuania, Spirii in Denmark), Edenred Mobility EMEA became a leading fintech in the mobility industry in Europe through its fuel, EV-charging, toll, parking, maintenance and other mobility solutions for companies and employees.

In Europe, Edenred Mobility EMEA activity has succeeded historically through business excellence in sales, marketing, M&A, FinTech and is convinced innovations around digital payment, sustainable solutions (with a strong focus on electric vehicles), data powered services and new driving technologies will be the key engine of its ambitious growth targets for the coming 5 years.

Edenred Mobility EMEA is conducting a Transformation Program (‘Summit’) with a dedicated team of 100 product, tech, change, project management and migration people in charge of renewing our products and tech platforms across European countries.

Responsibilities

  • As part of Summit project, the Product Marketing Manager designs and implements comprehensive product strategy and go-to-market tactics to drive features implementation and adoption across EMEA countries business units and customers.
  • Design product vision (3-5 years) and long-term product roadmap (12 months) for the Edenred mobility product (ex. fuel, toll, EV) and dedicated applications (Fleet Manager web platform, Driver mobile app).
  • Cooperate closely with Lead Product Manager to execute product strategy within the short-term product roadmap (3 to 6 months).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and emerging opportunities per country, customer segment, product and application.
  • Define value proposition and attached applications per country, customer segment, product and application; understand user problems through research, interviews, surveys in cooperation with product, sales and customer teams.
  • Design and execute go-to-market tactics for feature/application launches, coordinating with sales and marketing teams.
  • Deliver product marketing materials, including product documentation, training materials, and webinars.
  • Monitor and analyze feature/application performance metrics and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, partners and internal teams.

Scope of the Position

  • Position in Org Chart: Product Marketing Manager, reporting to the Summit Program Head

Key Stakeholders

  • Internal program stakeholders (Summit Program Senior Management, Lead Product Managers, Lead Product Owners, Marketing, Sales, Customer Excellence)
  • External stakeholders: Customers (Fleet Managers) and their employees (Drivers); Partners (Network Managers)

Requirements

  • 3 years in a PMM position or similar (experience in tech scale-up and/or strategy consulting is a plus).
  • Product strategy, market research methodologies, digital marketing strategies, product lifecycle management.
  • Education: Master or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or Information Technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data for data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across teams; proven experience in product strategy, product marketing and strategic planning.
  • Familiarity with tech product lifecycle management tools and methodologies; knowledge of market research techniques and competitive analysis.
  • Languages: English; German and/or Italian is a plus.
