Product Marketer (Full-Time)
📍 Location: Munich (hybrid, on-site required)
🏠 Remote Policy: 2–4 home office days/week
🗣 Languages: German (C2) & English (C1)
💼 Experience: 2+ years in a relevant marketing role
💰 Salary: €45,000 – €65,000 gross/year
🎯 Bonus: ESOP and performance-based bonus possible
📄 Contract: Permanent (open-ended)
🌴 Vacation: 24 days/year
⏳ Probation: 3 months

What You’ll Do

• Manage product marketing from start to finish (launch planning, execution)
• Turn complex product features into clear, appealing marketing messages
• Own and drive all marketing-related projects
• Develop sales enablement materials (presentations, slides, etc.)
• Coordinate with agencies, partners, and vendors
• Organize and support events (occasional travel)
• Execute campaigns: email, content, and account-based marketing

Tools & Skills You Should Know

• Project management tools (e.g., Google Slides, HubSpot, LinkedIn, Canva)
• CRM & marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot)
• Campaign, vendor, and event management
• Slide creation & sales support material
• Email and content marketing

Nice to Have

• Strong writing/copywriting skills
• Eye for design and UX
• Experience with website builders (e.g., WordPress)
• Funnel building, process documentation
