Role: Product Marketing Specialist (w/m/d) Milwaukee

Focus: Personal Protective Equipment (PSA)

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire product portfolio in Milwaukee PSA.
• Act as interface between international product management, supply chain, and local sales in the DACH region.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Plan quantities for new products and promotions.
• Price new products, promotions, and special offers.
• Analyze sales data using QlikView and steer activities according to company goals.
• Collaborate with international product management on product information and research.
• Create sales materials like catalogs, price lists, product descriptions, and promotions.
• Design, calculate, and monitor the success of sales initiatives.
• Plan and execute events, trade shows, and roadshows.
• Support field sales with customer-specific requirements, presentations, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, preferably with focus on product management/marketing.
• Relevant experience in marketing personal protective equipment and a good understanding of PSA applications.
• Strong presentation skills, excellent self-organization, and willingness to travel.
• Fluent German and very good English skills (spoken and written).
• Efficient, reliable, and flexible working style.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understanding of business and marketing concepts, analytical skills.
• High enthusiasm, hands-on mentality, and initiative.
