We are looking for a Product Operations Lead to join the Courier group. The Courier group operates with the mission of providing a high-quality delivery experience for our Consumers, becoming the most-loved platform for Couriers, and being the most efficient logistics engine in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support cross-functional teams to ensure Courier group product initiatives align with Wolt’s strategic goals, focusing on long-term growth and innovation.
• Lead roadmap planning for the Courier group, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams; set direction for multiple projects throughout the product lifecycle; partner with business and operations stakeholders; gain deep understanding of end users.
• Lead high-profile initiatives, such as AI-driven product innovation; facilitate best practices; drive innovation through ideation and pilot programs; provide financial modeling support to enable data-driven decisions.
• Help build a strong product community, celebrate team achievements, and support Product Leads in their career growth.

Qualifications

• Plenty of experience in Product Operations and/or Product Management, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
• A mixture of a deep understanding of product processes, ability to drive efficiency and growth targets, and a go-getter attitude of a "could-be start-up CEO"
• Expertise in collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly product managers, designers, finance experts and data analysts

Employment details

• Fixed-term contract for 12 months with a possibility to prolong it
• Compensation will be a negotiable combination of monthly pay and DoorDash RSUs
