Founded in August 2020, Huspy started as a digital mortgage platform and quickly evolved into the largest proptech company in the EMEA region. Backed by leading investors such as Sequoia, Balderton, Founders Fund, and Olayan, we have experienced rapid growth with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Madrid, and Valencia. Our mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by building an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers.


The Main Event: What you'll do
As a Product Owner at Huspy, you'll be at the heart of driving innovation and growth. You will:
• Own your product: From idea to launch and beyond, ensuring it meets business goals and delivers value.
• Lead your team: Set clear goals, success metrics, and a roadmap aligned with Huspy's mission.
• Collaborate closely: Work daily with Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Strategy teams to bring your product vision to life.
• Drive results: Use data, market research, and company strategy to prioritize impactful initiatives that drive growth.
• Be a problem solver: Tackle new challenges across various domains to keep improving our product and processes.


The Perfect Match: What you bring

• 2+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company or in finance-related fields (proptech, payments, crypto, insurance, etc.)
• 2+ years of proven success leading consumer-facing products
• 1+ year managing cross-functional teams (Product Owners at Huspy directly manage Engineering, Operations, and Design)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A strong eye for UX/UI and understanding of design best practices
• We don’t expect you to code, but you should feel comfortable discussing deep technical topics with engineering teams and the platform users.
• Strong analytical skills with a solid business sense to prioritize tasks based on impact and return on investment (ROI)
• Experience in driving product vision, and clearly communicating with leadership, customers, and partners
• A hands-on attitude: you take initiative and are ready to tackle major projects directly.
• Ability to deliver results in ambiguous situations and thrive in a fast-paced environment
