We are seeking an experienced Product Owner for Insight Analytics & AI to lead the development of analytics and AI-driven products supporting data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to align insights and AI capabilities with business goals.

Responsibilities include:

• Defining and evolving product vision for Insight Analytics and AI solutions.
• Building and maintaining a roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Identifying and prioritizing AI/ML and analytics opportunities.
• Acting as the interface between the AI & Insights team and the broader product organization.
• Gathering requirements and translating them into product specifications.
• Managing a cross-functional backlog and writing detailed epics and user stories.
• Guiding discovery phases, experimentation, and iterative learning.
• Ensuring timely delivery with high standards of accuracy, reliability, and ethics.
• Monitoring post-launch performance and iterating based on feedback.

Impact and Governance:

• Champion data quality, transparency, and responsible AI practices.
• Promote the use of insight tools and models across business units.
• Monitor KPIs to evaluate adoption and value.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years as a Product Owner in data, analytics, or AI/ML.
• High communication and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of delivering impactful AI and analytics products.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, data pipelines, and AI use cases.
• Familiarity with MLOps, model lifecycle, and ethical AI principles is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and collaboration platforms (JIRA, Confluence, Notion).
• Strong communication skills bridging technical and business teams.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments managing end-to-end product lifecycle.
