The following challenges await you
In your new job, you will ensure that our electro-acoustic systems run perfectly. You will be the technical contact for our internal colleagues in sales and technology and help to find the best solutions for our customers.

• You are the first point of contact for technical questions and develop concepts and technical solutions for our customers' concerns
• You will support your colleagues in technology in the implementation of exciting projects
• Your tasks will also include product testing and optimizing our systems by working closely with Development
• You will use the latest technologies and take care of the familiarization and testing of interfaces and new interface standards
• Your technical product expertise makes our exciting customer base, which includes law enforcement, authorities, energy suppliers and KRITIS, a little safer every day - so you actively contribute to protecting lives and property

This is important to us

• You have completed training in electrical engineering or IT, preferably with further training as a technician
• Bonus points if you already have experience with IT or PC technology and are familiar with networks - if not, no problem: we'll teach you everything you need to know!
