We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist .

As a key player in our customer support team, you'll be the go-to expert for technical assistance in Europe. Your responsibilities will include helping customers select the perfect products, managing accounts, and participating in projects such as writing articles or designing demos. This role offers variety and opportunity for growth.

• Providing technical assistance and product recommendations
• Handling customer inquiries and managing accounts
• Collaborating with global teams and supporting marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
