We are looking for an engaged Product / UI Designer (m/w/d) to help develop our platform user‑centrically with design understanding, product thinking, and teamwork.

What you can expect from us

• Als Product / UI‑Designer:in wirst Du eng mit UX, Product und Engineering zusammenarbeiten.
• Du nimmst an Neuentwicklungen teil, leitest die Erkenntnisse des UX‑Designs in ansprechbare und umsetzbare Designs um.
• Du überarbeitest bestehende Software‑Produkte und hast die Zielgruppe und das Branding immer genau im Blick.

Job Requirements

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Design (Produktdesign, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediendesign, Visual Design, Web‑Design, Intermedia Design) oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse.
• Mindestens 1–3 Jahre praktische Erfahrung in einer Agentur, einem Startup oder ähnlichem Umfeld.
• Kenntnisse in Illustration, Typografie, Web‑Design, Motion Design, Designsystemen, Grafikdesign oder Software‑Entwicklung.
• Der Umgang mit Grafik‑ und Prototyping‑Software ist Routine (Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma/Sketch/XD, Principle/Protopie/Flinto/After Effects).
• Du bist kreativ und findest außergewöhnliche, aber gut umsetzbare Lösungen.
• Du stellst den Status quo infrage und erkennst Potenzial für Verbesserungen.
• Du bist eine selbstmotivierte Persönlichkeit mit scharfem Auge für Details und bestrebst, herausragende Nutzererlebnisse zu gestalten.
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse und souveränes Auftreten.
