We are partnered with an innovative medical technology company developing cutting-edge medical device materials. They cover the full production cycle, from material development to cleanroom packaging, and are looking for a Production Manager to drive efficiency and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee production processes, ensuring smooth operations and meeting key performance targets.
Lead technical manufacturing activities, including casting, extrusion, heat treatment, and machining.
Develop production plans, balancing resources, capacity, and deadlines.
Drive continuous improvement with Lean Management and Six Sigma methodologies.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks while optimizing workflows.
Lead and develop the production team, ensuring high standards and performance.
Collaborate with development, purchasing, and quality assurance for industrialization of new products.

Ideal Candidate:

Degree in Production, Mechanical, Medical, Industrial Engineering, or Materials Science, or equivalent experience.
Strong leadership in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.
Hands-on, problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Fluent in German and English.
