Requirements

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily activities for production technicians, ensuring smooth workflow and clear communication
• Organize and schedule technician shifts, meetings, and interviews
• Act as the first point of contact for production-related inquiries, delays, or unforeseen issues
• Support onboarding activities for new production team members.
• Collaborate with HR, Production Managers, and Team Leads to ensure timely communication and problem-solving
• Support meetings by preparing rooms, refreshments, and logistics, ensuring participants can focus fully on content and outcomes
• Handle smaller online orders for office and staff needs, keeping supplies available without delays
• Maintain communication with external partners such as contractors, neighbors, and landlords, stepping in when needed to keep operations running
• Act as a bridge between the office and production, ensuring employees' concerns are heard and addressed quickly
• Assist HR processes with absence requests, sick notes, and other routine documentation
• Help manage employee access cards and organize workplace safety sessions and trainings
• Support initiatives and small events that strengthen collaboration and team spirit
• Keep office and storage areas tidy, organized, and running efficiently

What You'll Need

• Excellent German language skills (native level preferred), plus strong English and Ukrainian communication skills would be a plus
• Experience in administrative, coordination, or production support roles is an advantage
• Solid organizational and multitasking abilities with a detail-oriented mindset
• A hands-on, proactive, and reliable working style—you like to make things happen
• Empathetic and confident communication with people at all levels
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar tools
