Verantwortlichkeiten

Aufgaben

• Fachliche Führung sowie Schulung des Produktionsteams (ca. 50 Personen)
• Gewährleistung einer reibungslosen und effizienten Produktion
• Einhaltung der Qualitätsprozesse
• Ständige Optimierung der Produktionsabläufe (Rüst- und Taktzeiten, Ausschuss)
• Schnittstelle zwischen Werksleitung, Personalabteilung und Produktion

Qualifikationen

Anforderungen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker/Meister
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Produktionsleitung oder in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition idealerweise in einem kunststoffverarbeitenden Industrieunternehmen
• Versierter Umgang mit Produktionsplanung und -steuerung
• Ausgeprägte Führungskompetenz
• Hohes analytisches Denkvermögen gepaart mit ausgeprägter Ergebnis- und Kostenorientierung
