Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead our software solutions in the Defence sector. As an expert in one of the mentioned disciplines, you will be responsible for requirement, product, and project management.

• Define products and their roadmap based on close collaboration with your team and identified international key customers, shaping our future.
• Address synergies across development departments to enable more efficient software development.
• Coordinate operational product management activities with a focus on development, sales, and marketing.
• Be responsible for the introduction of new products and the complete product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Technical Computer Science, or a comparable field of study.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Developer, or System Engineer in a software-dominated environment with corresponding methodological competence.
• Outstanding analytical skills and basic knowledge in the areas of technology, market, competition, and customer requirements.
• Proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
• Very good German and English language skills in word and writing, as well as a fundamental willingness to travel.
