Job Summary
Salesforce Service Cloud Developer specializing in back-end development, integrations, and automation. Experienced in Apex, APIs, and scalable solutions that optimize customer service operations.


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
• Strong hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Digital engagement implementation with enhanced channels.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce security models (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules)
• Solid experience with Service Cloud, including Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, and related capabilities.
• Proven ability to integrate systems via REST and SOAP APIs.


Required Skills & Competencies
• 6+ years of experience in Salesforce Cloud development and technical project delivery.
• Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD, and Salesforce DX.
