What you'll do

• You will play a key role in Procurement's digital journey and the Knauf Group's business transformation
• The S/4HANA process landscape for purchasing will be defined as part of this position
• This includes using a fit-to-standard approach to define the processes and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., system integrator or Knauf IT)
• Furthermore, you define master data, sources of truth, and governance for these target processes
• Finally, you guarantee seamless integration of processes into daily business by identifying key change impacts, preparing for deployment, and ensuring business user enablement and adoption
  
Who you are

• You have gained practical experience in digital transformation projects, process modelling and data management, as well as solid expertise in change management
• Strong project management skills, ideally acquired in Procurement-related projects and in connection with S/4HANA, enable you to effectively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, an analytical mindset and the ability to maintain an overview in complex and dynamic situations are what set you apart
• Intercultural competence, good cooperation and a willingness to travel internationally for work are all important
• Excellent English skills complete your profile, German skills are a plus
