Position Overview
The Program Manager will lead and manage advanced lethality-focused development programs, with a strong emphasis on warhead design, fusing systems, guided artillery munitions, and solid rocket motor technologies. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic leadership, and cross-functional coordination to deliver cutting-edge defense solutions.
Core Responsibilities
    - Lead all technical aspects of lethality-focused development programs.
 
    - Oversee warhead design, fusing systems (ESAD, SAD), guided munitions, and propulsion technologies.
 
    - Conduct design reviews, performance analysis, and simulation-based verification.
 
    - Provide technical leadership across engineering teams to meet system-level requirements.
 
    - Perform feasibility and trade-off analyses for new lethality concepts.
 
    - Integrate subsystems (fusing, warhead, initiation, propulsion) into coherent systems.
 
    - Develop long-term strategies aligned with organizational and battlefield needs.
 
    - Ensure program execution meets technical, timeline, and budgetary goals.
 
 
Supporting Responsibilities
    - Mentor and lead project managers and team members.
 
    - Standardize and improve project management and engineering processes.
 
 
Required Experience
    - Minimum 16 years in the aerospace and defense industry.
 
    - At least 10 years in senior-level project management or systems engineering.
 
    - Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in lethality systems development.
 
    - Proven expertise in explosive warheads, fusing systems, and solid propulsion.
 
    - Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams in agile/hybrid environments.
 
    - Strong knowledge of system safety, energetic materials, and testing protocols.
 
    - Full lifecycle experience from concept to fielding of lethality systems.
 
 
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
Preferred: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Systems Engineering (e.g., INCOSE CSEP).
