Responsibilities:

• Drive full-cycle D365 Sales implementation projects (planning, execution, delivery).
• Manage stakeholders across multiple European markets.
• Oversee solution design, integrations, and change management.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Lead cross-functional and vendor teams in Agile/Waterfall environments.


Must-Have Skills:

• ✅ Proven experience managing large-scale D365 Sales/CRM implementations.
• ✅ Strong program/project management (Agile/Waterfall).
• ✅ Excellent stakeholder & vendor management skills.
• ✅ Experience working in multi-country, multicultural environments.
• ✅ Fluent in English; knowledge of local EU languages is a plus.
