Role Overview

We are seeking a Project Assistant to support one of our upcoming international AI projects in Germany.
This role involves assisting our project team with local coordination, logistics, and communication tasks related to data collection and participant management.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage local project logistics and participants.
Communicate with local collaborators and ensure project requirements are met.
Support the setup, execution, and delivery of project-related tasks under our guidance.
Work closely with our international project management team to maintain progress and reporting.

Qualifications

Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Strong local networks (e.g., among students, freelancers, or communities).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
Basic understanding of technology projects or research coordination is a plus.
