Project Developer

Land Scout Position

I am partnering with one of the European leaders for Solar energy.

With currently over 45 employees across Europe, they are growing fast and are looking to expand their team in Germany by hiring PV Project developers and land scouts.

Location: East Germany

Responsibilities

• Identifying suitable locations for solar parks.
• Establishing contact with landowners and municipalities.
• Conducting acquisition talks and commercial negotiations with landowners.
• Presenting and introducing project proposals to municipalities and authorities.
• Maintaining contact with all internal and external project stakeholders.
• Reporting on the progress of the project development.

Qualifications

• Completed (Bachelor\'s) degree in economics, law, environmental engineering, environmental technology, renewable energies, landscape planning, landscape architecture, environmental ecology, environmental planning, physical geography, environmental sciences, agriculture or a comparable qualification
• You work in a structured and analytical manner, can react flexibly and quickly to changing problems, and enjoy taking on responsibility
• Very good negotiation skills combined with a confident demeanor.
• Willingness to travel extensively as well as independent and thorough working style

Languages: German (Fluent), English (Fluent)
