Project Developer Wind

I am partnering exclusively with one of the global leaders for wind energy producers.

With nearly 50 years of experience and operating in over 30 markets, they are looking to expand their team in Germany.

Location: Hamburg, Leipzig, Munich

Your responsibilities :

• Lead full lifecycle of wind projects from site identification to RTB; support through to asset handover.
• Identify and assess suitable locations for onshore wind development.
• Negotiate land lease agreements as needed.
• Secure grid access in coordination with TSOs and DSOs.
• Oversee permitting, technical / environmental studies, and stakeholder engagement.
• Identify and manage project risks (technical, regulatory, financial).
• Drive community outreach to build local support.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with internal processes, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage co-development partnerships effectively.

Your Profile :

• 3-5 years experience of onshore wind development in Germany
• University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related technical field.
• Other qualifications with relevant project development experience will also be considered.
• Specific knowledge; in-depth understanding of the German wind energy market and permitting processes
• Self motivated, adaptable and versatile.

Languages: German (Native), English (Fluent)
