Are you an experienced renewable energy developer ready to take the next step in your career? We’re working with a leading full-scope project developer in Germany seeking a Project Manager for Development to drive forward their growing portfolio of wind and battery storage (BESS) projects.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the development of large-scale wind and BESS projects from site identification to construction start
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and risk assessments
• Drive planning and permitting processes, including coordination with local authorities and stakeholders
• Oversee procurement activities and support power purchase agreement (PPA) negotiations
• Ensure clear project communication and documentation across internal and external teams

Your Profile

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering, environmental sciences, energy management)
• Several years of experience in project development for wind and BESS projects (BESS experience is key)
• Strong understanding of planning and permitting regulations in Germany
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• High level of coordination and team collaboration abilities
