🌍 Project Manager: Senior C4ISR Training & Capacity-Building Expert – Remote Opportunity

Are you a seasoned ICT and C4ISR professional ready to make an impact on international missions and operations? This is a unique opportunity to work at the heart of global security, training, and capability development.




What you’ll bring:

• 10+ years in military or industry ICT, specialising in C4ISR for operations/missions.
• 7–10 years in senior training & education roles, including curriculum and course development.
• Proven experience in certification, ISO auditing, and program management.
• Expertise collaborating with UN, AU, and other multilateral stakeholders in capacity building.
• Strong grasp of political, organisational, and operational structures in large international frameworks.



Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Communications, Public Administration, Business Management, Policy, or related field. Master’s in Information Engineering, IT Network Management, or Cyber preferred.
• Recognised project/programme management certification (e.g., Prince2, PMP, PMBOK).
• Knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL 3/4) and Change Management frameworks.
• Advanced English; beginner French desirable.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
