Join our team at the DRK location in Raisdorf at the earliest possible date as a
Project manager and IT requirements manager (m/f/d)
part-time or full-time with up to 38.5 hours/week. The position is open-ended.
The DRK location in Raisdorf offers children, adolescents and young adults with physical and multiple disabilities various residential, support and care services. In an interdisciplinary environment with educational, nursing and therapeutic specialists, digitalization plays an important role: it not only supports modern care and efficient work processes, but is also a key driver for our further development.
The position has two focal points: requirements management and project management. We are looking for you to act as a communicative link between the specialist departments, central IT and external partners. In this multifaceted role, you will work with a wide range of software solutions and digital systems, identify the needs of our specialist departments and ensure that they are implemented in a tailored manner.
Your tasks


• Analyzing processes and requirements: Together with the various specialist departments - from support and care to administration - you will systematically identify and analyze internal processes and digital requirements.
• Requirements management and interface communication: In close cooperation with the specialist departments, you act as a link, document the technical requirements and translate these into concrete IT requirements - including the creation of specifications.
• Coordination with the central IT management: You will be in close contact with the central IT management of the DRK-Landesverband Schleswig-Holstein e. V., coordinate requirements and measures and support the cross-location implementation of IT projects.
• Supporting software launches: You support the introduction of new software solutions on site - from coordination with external partners to technical preparation and employee support.
• Helping to shape the digital transformation: you contribute ideas for digitalization and improvement. You provide technical and organizational support for implementation in collaboration with the process owners.
• Manage and document projects and communicate results: We have set ourselves a wide range of further developments in our facilities. With your project management experience, you will steer these projects through everyday life so that they are successfully completed on time and on budget. Colleagues from our various departments will contribute their expertise.
  
Your profile

• Completed training as an IT business administrator (m/f/d), IT specialist (m/f/d) or alternatively a degree in computer science
• Professional experience in decentralized IT management, with a focus on medical devices and software applications in the healthcare sector
• Successfully proven experience in project management
• Strong analytical skills and good, target-oriented communication
• You work independently, in a structured manner and take responsibility
