    Project Manager, Client Fit Out (m / f / d)

    NTT GDC has an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager, Business Operations Client Fit Out. In this role, you will support the Operations Teams in planning, managing, delivering, and commissioning client-facing projects within the whitespace of NTT's Data Center portfolio. The organization is responsible for executing cage and suite fit-out projects in the whitespace, as well as managing any future expansions or services for those customers.

    This is a full-time hybrid permanent position.

    • Collaborate with Commercial Management & Design teams to ensure scope of work is defined and understood
    • Prepare cost estimates and delivery dates against scope of work to support bid management
    • Implement project organization and planning, including vendor assessment and selection
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
    • Coordinate cross-departmentally with internal stakeholders, including commercial management, finance, local operations, Health & Safety, and other delivery teams
    • Develop detailed project plans and schedules as required
    • Facilitate purchase requisitions to enable procurement teams to raise POs to subcontractors and vendors in a timely manner
    • Ensure all work complies with company Health & Safety policies without exceptions
    • Create weekly reports for project control, highlighting deviations in costs, scheduling, and quality
    • Perform risk management to identify and mitigate project risks
    • Industry experience in critical infrastructure (e.g., data centers, oil and gas, pharmaceuticals, power plants, mechanical or electrical engineering) is advantageous.
    • Experience in project management, preferably in an international environment
    • Understanding or experience with Health & Safety in Data Centers or similar industries
    • Business fluency in English and German
    • Strong technical background in ICT, Telecoms, Racks, electrical works, and Data Centre White Space Fit Outs
    • Knowledge of Data Centre M&E infrastructure
    • Technician degree or studies in industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification
    • PRINCE II / PMP certification or similar is preferable
    • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally up to 20%
    • Security vetting as required
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
