Our Eastern Europe region is dynamic and growing, covering diverse markets with ambitious business goals. The regional headquarters in Warsaw coordinates projects, tools, and initiatives that connect local business units with our Group strategy.
To support this journey, we are looking for a Project Manager & CRM Adoption Lead, reporting to the Regional Transformation PMO Lead. This role combines two exciting areas of responsibility: driving CRM excellence (with Salesforce as the core platform) and managing small to mid-size business projects across the region.
Mission
By identifying and translating business needs into practical solutions, you will drive CRM excellence and ensure our tools effectively support business strategy execution. Acting as the key link between Group Headquarters and local key users, you will lead the adoption, improvement, and everyday effectiveness of CRM and related processes. - Support project coordinators in project planning and monitoring of milestones.
- Facilitate workshops, working groups, and steering meetings to secure alignment and progress.
- Foster smooth collaboration across countries, functions, and international teams.
- Act as a change agent, preparing stakeholders for new ways of working and ensuring adoption.
- Create simple training, communication, and follow-up plans to reinforce project outcomes.
- Monitor adoption, collect feedback, and adjust approaches as needed.
- Contribute to Group and regional initiatives that enhance process efficiency and customer experience.
CRM Excellence
- Drive strong CRM adoption and best use of Salesforce across Eastern Europe.
- Support business users in embedding CRM into daily workflows and ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Translate business needs into system requirements and collaborate with IT/DSI on enhancements.
- Track adoption KPIs (e.g., user activity, pipeline completeness, reporting usage) and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure CRM enables sales, marketing, and service teams to deliver maximum business value.
- Lead and animate the Key User community across the region: organize regular exchanges, share best practices, troubleshoot issues.
- Represent the region in the global CRM Community, ensuring local priorities are considered and group standards are applied.
- Map workflows, identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and smarter tool usage.
- Conduct business case assessments for proposed improvements and present recommendations to decision-makers.
- Support testing, piloting, and roll-out of new functionalities.
- Project management expertise: Proven experience managing small to mid-size projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
- Business understanding: Ability to quickly grasp business needs, processes, and challenges, and translate them into practical solutions.
