Are you eager to shape the digital transformation of the WITT Group across various departments? Then you are exactly right as a Project Manager in our Program Management Office (PMO).

The team at the location Weiden is responsible for the operational program management in the course of introducing new ERP & CRM standard software and other fundamental changes to the application landscape. You can expect demanding and exciting challenges as part of this groundbreaking business and IT transformation of the WITT Group.

We are looking for you as a committed Project Manager (m/f/d) to collaboratively design innovative solutions and further develop our IT and our company. Are you up for this challenge? Was Dich erwartet:

• Manage and organize projects within the overall transformation from initiation to completion in coordination with the program management
• Develop project plans, define resource requirements, and ensure efficient resource allocation
• Actively collaborate with other project managers in the PMO to support the management of the transformation program
• Engage in effective stakeholder management to build trust and integrate the needs of all parties into the project strategy
• Ensure that deliverables are provided on time, within budget, and at the desired quality, and report to relevant stakeholders
• Create and track all necessary project documentation
• Drive change and actively contribute your knowledge to advance the projects

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

• Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics, engineering, or a comparable degree
• Extensive knowledge and experience in project management
• Ability to abstract, think innovatively, solve problems, and possess structuring and assertiveness skills
• High level of initiative and self-responsibility in project management
• Expertise in developing methods and best practices for high-quality project processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Willingness to learn and open to further development
