    As a part-time Project Manager for EU and German government-funded projects, you will:

    As a part-time Project Manager for EU and German government-funded projects, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and driving initiatives that have a meaningful social impact. You will work closely with a dedicated team, ensuring compliance with timelines, deliverables, and reporting obligations while fostering collaboration among international partners. Your organizational skills will be instrumental in managing day-to-day operations, tracking project progress, and handling logistics.     How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn
    • Oversee daily operations of EU and German government-funded projects to meet timelines and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress and compliance with reporting obligations and funding regulations.
    • Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports, timesheets, and tracking tools.
    • Coordinate budget planning and financial tracking with finance and grant teams.
    • Arrange travel logistics for project-related events, including transportation and accommodations.
    • Lead the scheduling and documentation of project meetings, ensuring clear agendas and follow-ups.
    • Act as the primary liaison among stakeholders, including funding authorities and international partners.
    • Support the drafting and submission of new project applications and progress reports.

    Key Skills And Experience
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field
    • 2–3 years of experience managing EU and/or German publicly funded projects
    • Fluency in German and English – written and spoken
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
    • A meaningful part-time role (approx. 25 hours/week) with flexibility in schedule and work location (hybrid/remote possible).

    It would be nice if you also had:
    • Familiarity with tools such as the Funding & Tenders Portal or easy-Online
    • Experience in financial reporting or budget oversight for publicly funded projects
    • Background in working with non-profits, research institutions, or international organizations
    • Proficiency in project coordination tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)
